By purchasing services from Femme Agency Services ("Agency"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Payment Terms

  • All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

2. Term and Termination

  • Initial Term: Services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
  • Renewal: The Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated.
  • Cancellation: The Client may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice after the initial term.

3. Responsibilities of the Agency

  • Provide services as outlined in the selected package with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Client regarding project progress and updates.
  • Grant the Client access to the VA Academy Course, including all SOPs and resources.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

To ensure the success of the services provided, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely feedback to the team member assigned.
  • Supply tutorials, brand guidelines, content, and assets required to align with the Client’s unique brand and vision.

Use-It-Or-Lose-It Policy

  • The first week of service is dedicated to onboarding, including a kickoff call to align on goals and tasks.
  • After onboarding, clients must assign their included VA hours weekly. Any unused hours at the end of each week will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to future weeks.
  • This policy ensures consistent progress and availability for all our clients.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or discussions.
