By enrolling in the Membership, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Membership Terms

1.1 Commitment Period:
The Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This ensures the Member receives full access to the benefits of the program.

1.2 No Refunds:
All payments made toward the Membership are final. No refunds will be provided, including but not limited to circumstances of early cancellation, non-use, or dissatisfaction during the commitment period.

1.3 Automatic Renewal:
At the end of the initial three-month commitment period, the Membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by the Member in writing at least seven (7) business days before the next billing date.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Membership Fee:
The Member agrees to pay the agreed-upon Membership fee in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

2.2 Billing Authorization:
By enrolling, the Member authorizes the Service Provider to charge the provided payment method for the recurring Membership fee.

3. Member Responsibilities

3.1 Use of Resources:
The Member is responsible for utilizing the resources provided, including design templates, stock images, and creative tools.

3.2 Respect for Copyright:
All materials provided in the Membership are for personal or business use only. Resale of these resources is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation and Termination

4.1 Cancellation Process:
After the initial three-month commitment, Members may cancel their Membership by submitting written notice via email to [email protected]. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.2 Termination by Service Provider:
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate a Member's access to the program for any breach of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to misuse of Membership materials, or behavior that is deemed disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive to the Service Provider, other Members, or the integrity of the program. Such termination will not warrant a refund, and the Member will remain responsible for any remaining payments owed during the minimum commitment period.

5. General Terms

5.1 No Guarantees:
The Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from using the Membership materials.

5.2 Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Florida and Hawai'i, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By enrolling in the Design Membership, the Member acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the three-month minimum commitment and no-refunds policy.
