Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services
The Provider agrees to deliver the following services as part of Phase 1: Setup Service:

  • Onboarding Call: A strategy session to understand the Client's business goals, vision, and needs.
  • Branding and Identity: Creation of a custom mood board, brand kit (fonts, colors, and visual identity), and core messaging.
  • Website and Funnels: Design and implementation of a user-friendly website and high-converting sales funnels.
  • Offer Creation and Strategy: Assistance in packaging expertise into scalable digital products or courses.
  • Systems and Automations: Development of workflows and automations to streamline operations.
  • Finalization and Post-Launch Support: A walkthrough of deliverables, access to tools, and two weeks of troubleshooting support.

2. Deliverables

  • All deliverables will be completed within 8 weeks, provided the Client provides timely feedback and required materials.
  • The final delivery includes branding assets, website access, funnel integrations, and documentation for system maintenance.

3. Revisions Policy

  • The Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions for deliverables.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds will incur a fee of $150 per hour.
  • Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of receiving the deliverables.

4. Project Timeline

  • The project timeline is 8 weeks from the onboarding call.
  • Timely Feedback Policy:
    • To meet the agreed timeline, the Client must provide feedback or approvals within 3 business days of receiving drafts or revisions.
    • Delays caused by the Client’s lack of response may result in an additional fee of $200 per week for extended project management.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of custom setup services.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all required information, materials, and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure that revision requests remain within the agreed-upon scope of work.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon final payment, the Client receives ownership of all final deliverables.
  • The Provider retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Revisions and Final Approval

  • The Client will have the opportunity to review and request revisions as outlined in Section 3.
  • Once final approval is given, any further changes will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party breaches the terms.
  • In the event of termination, all completed work will be provided to the Client, and all payments made are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Provider is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use or implementation of the deliverables, including any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, understandings, and agreements.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By purchasing this service, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
