My Story from Aerial Yoga Pioneer to Purpose-Driven Mentor

My journey began as an aerial yoga pioneer. I built a global brand, starting with a local studio that quickly became waitlisted and then expanding my reach on social media.

Soon, my online presence allowed me to connect with a worldwide community, attracting clients who wanted to collaborate and invite me to host retreats in their own communities.

I launched an online course for aerial yoga teachers, sharing everything I had learned as a studio owner, spokesmodel, and business coach.

My first course launch brought in more revenue than I had made in the previous five months combined, and soon after, I sold out a 27-woman retreat in just two days. I kept scaling, ultimately hosting 22 retreats around the world. I built a brand, system, multiple income streams and tangible wealth; a legacy.

As I was on top of the world with Aerial Yoga Goddess, I was hit with an unexpected challenge. I was struck by a car going 45 mph while crossing the street.

This moment changed everything.

Faced with an intense health crisis, I found myself at a crossroads—either continue my business in physical pain, covering costs out of pocket, or prioritize my healing journey.

It was a painful choice that sent me on an existential journey. I didn’t know who I was without my business, my physical abilities, or the validation of my social media following.

This Period of Recovery and Reflection led me to-

rebuild my identity from within, to rediscover who I was beyond my business and my achievements. I went on a journey of deep self-discovery and transformation, uncovering a well of resilience, self-love, and inner strength. For the first time, I learned to find fulfillment and purpose from within rather than external accomplishments. This experience became the foundation of the work I do now—helping other women build businesses rooted in true purpose, aligned values, and sustainable growth.

To create something from a vision, a seed. To truly bring that to life and create time, energy and financial freedom.

Today-

Everything I share comes from the depth of my experience, the tools and mentorship I received, and the profound shifts I made in transforming my business and life. What I went through was incredibly challenging, but it deepened my mastery and clarified my purpose. I now guide women to create businesses that are not only successful but also feel deeply aligned with who they are.

With a background as an agency owner, business strategist, brand developer, and yoga pioneer, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women in building aligned, purposeful businesses. I bring a blend of strategic expertise and personal experience to every mentorship, helping clients create sustainable growth that feels true to their values.

When I’m not guiding women in their business journeys, you’ll find me living a simple life, cuddling my 120 year old kitty, waking up to watch dolphins play in my backyard, going on delicious date nights, boating to the island, getting a massage, or traveling to see my besties around the world. Most of whom I met through my coaching.
