 Private CONTINUUM Legacy Mentorship Service Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between [Lux Legacies LLC], hereinafter referred to as “Mentor,” and [Client/Purchaser], hereinafter referred to as “Client,” collectively referred to as “Parties.”

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

 

The Private Legacy Mentorship is a bespoke high-touch business mentorship designed to support the Client in scaling their business, refining brand positioning, and elevating strategic leadership.

 

The mentorship includes:

  • 3x Monthly 60-Minute 1:1 Coaching Calls via Google Meet or FaceTime

  • Daily Private Text Access (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM local time, unless otherwise agreed)

  • Bespoke Done-for-You Copywriting (for agreed-upon deliverables)

  • Soul-Level Brand Design (customized per Client’s needs)

  • Full access to signature programs including The Dark Femme, Scaling with Radiance, and other agreed trainings

  • Exclusive member rates for hiring Mentor’s team for lead generation and/or social media management

2. TERM & COMMITMENT

  • The minimum commitment for this mentorship is 6 months.

  • The Agreement begins on the day the Client purchases this offer and ends with 30 days written notice, only after 6 months have been fulfilled.

3. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Total investment: $22,000 USD

  • OR Payment schedule: $4000 Monthly

  • All payments are non-refundable. The Client is responsible for the full investment regardless of participation or completion.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Client agrees to:

  • Attend all scheduled calls or provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

  • Actively participate in mentorship sessions and complete agreed-upon tasks.

  • Communicate openly and respectfully.

  • Implement strategies and actions agreed upon during the mentorship.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

Both Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, business strategies, and personal information shared during the mentorship.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All materials, strategies, frameworks, and content provided remain the intellectual property of the Mentor and are licensed to the Client for personal business use only. They may not be shared, sold, or distributed without written consent.

7. TERMINATION

 

This Agreement may be terminated by the Mentor if the Client engages in disrespectful, illegal, or unethical conduct, or breaches any term of this Agreement. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

8. GOVERNING LAW

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

 

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

  • This mentorship is a collaborative partnership, not a done-for-you magic button. The Mentor provides strategy, guidance, and resources; the Client is solely responsible for implementation.

  • The Mentor makes no guarantees regarding specific financial results, audience growth, or outcomes. Any examples of results are illustrative only and not promises of what the Client will achieve.

  • The Client agrees that their results are directly proportionate to their own commitment, resourcefulness, and follow-through.

  • Failure to complete the work, attend calls, or engage fully will not be grounds for refund or cancellation of payment obligations.

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement on the date(s) that this offer is purchased.
